Excellent Customer Service is our highest goal

No matter what question or problem you might have, you can always contact us using the contact form and we will answer as soon as we can during our regular business hours. Depending on which web site you are on in the network, you may have the option to select a service provider / partner / vendor; when you do not have this option your message will simply be sent to the site owner, which will be the network owner Cirrias most of the time.

Our regular customer service business hours are: monday through friday from 9am to 6pm EST, except on holidays.

Please keep in mind that we are working in different time zones, there can be a delay in receiving your contact information and extended time can be needed to follow up on your request.

1. Spiritual services

Spiritual services include psychic services / readings, counseling, coaching, courses and online classes. Service providers / partners will get back in touch with you personally to help you and to try solving any problem you might have. Please contact first the partner that provides the spiritual service you are interested in, in last resort you can always reach the network owner Cirrias in case of problem.

As mentioned in the Refund policy, spiritual services of any kind are not refundable but we will do our best to address any issue, should one arise.

2. Digital services / goods

As mentioned in the Refund policy, due to their nature digital goods are not refundable, the customer is taking immediate ownership by downloading. Should you experience any technical issue while attempting to download your purchased digital good(s), we will of course provide a solution as fast as we can.

3. Products

Please contact us within one (1) week after receiving your merchandise for any concern. We provide tracking and $50 insurance on all merchandise that was shipped 2 day priority, and first class mail. Should there be a delay in shipping, please check your tracking number and contact the shipping company (UPS, USPS) direct.
