Refund policy

Please refer to our Customer support policy, to know how to proceed if you wish a refund.

1. Psychic & spiritual services, counseling, coaching

Due to the customization and sensitive nature of all psychic services, including readings, counseling, coaching and other spiritual services, no refunds will be given.

2. Digital goods

Due to the nature of digital goods that, once we gave them to you, can't be taken back, no refunds will be given.

2. Physical goods

Physical goods, crystals and stones for example, can be refunded if the request is made within fourteen days of purchase. The good(s) need to be sent to back to us at your costs and in their original state (not broken or damaged, including the packaging); you will be issued a full refund of your purchase within a week of approval after receipt of the package.
